What is "Wellbeing academy"?
The "Wellbeing academy" is a series of activities organized by young people for other young people and youth workers with the aim of strengthening liveliness and improving the understanding of well-being in general by learning and practicing different aspects of well-being together.
Within this Solidarity Project:
1) it is possible to learn 6 thematic modules on wellbeing:
- March 2024: Wellbeing through life balancing;
- April 2024: Wellbeing through creative self-expression;
- May 2024: Wellbeing through healthy relationships;
- June 2024: Wellbeing through connection with nature;
- July 2024: Wellbeing through mindfulness;
- August 2024: Wellbeing through movement.
2) there is an opportunity to get involved in the creation of a self-reflection tool "notes for wellbeing", in which the methods and materials that were created and used in the "Wellbeing academy" are sequentially maintained.
3) in September, you can participate in the
"Wellbeing academy"
closing event of the "Wellbeing practices" in order to not only evaluate the created tool "notes for wellbeing", but also to share examples of how to apply what you have learned at the "Wellness academy", thereby inspiring others.
4) You will receive a certificate of participation in the "Wellbeing academy" as well as a youthpass certificate reflecting the competences you have developed in the project.
5) you can gain new knowledge and experience in conducting workshops/lessons dedicated to wellbeing for your peers and other interested parties.
The project is funded by the European Union.
