"Youth Initiative Center "Involvement for Change"" was established in 2023 with the vision of creating an inclusive community where we can find opportunities to LEARN, GROW and CREATE together, locally and internationally.

Our goals: 

1. promotion of social inclusion and social mobility of young people and other socially disadvantaged groups;
   
2. Promotion of young people's personal and professional development through non-formal education;
   
3. participation in the development of an inclusive society and intercultural communication through the activities of the projects implemented by the organization;
   
4. creation of a support platform for youth initiatives;
   
5. education and support of youth workers.
